Arevon is a leading independent power producer dedicated to the responsible development and operation of affordable, safe, and reliable renewable energy generation. As California’s SB 261 climate disclosure requirements loomed, Arevon needed to conduct a comprehensive climate risk assessment and produce TCFD-aligned disclosures — but they also saw this as an opportunity to strengthen organizational resilience, uncover growth opportunities, and engage leadership in strategic climate planning. We facilitated a virtual workshop series with key executives that helped Arevon identify risks across their value chain, explore climate scenarios, and prioritize actionable resilience measures.
